The free shuttle to the airport is a convenient touch for late-night arrivals, although it's not always reliable. The outdoor pool area looks well-kept, making it a decent spot to unwind during warmer months, and the ample local dining options nearby offer a variety of choices for meals.
First off, the overall cleanliness left a lot to be desired—stains and crumbs on the floor were pretty disappointing. Some rooms need significant maintenance. the toilet didn't flush properly, and hot water availability was inconsistent. Additionally, there seemed to be a lack of vending options—perfect for a traveler craving a late-night snack. Don't expect a stellar breakfast. it lacked variety and quality, which was a letdown. Plus, the deadbolt on the door didn't work, adding to the discomfort. Overall, if you're looking for sparkle and comfort, it's hit or miss.

The AC and TV functioned properly, and it was convenient to have a working fridge in the King Room. However, the cleanliness left a lot to be desired. the carpet clearly hadn't been vacuumed, and I encountered unwashed sheets upon arrival. Additionally, the breakfast service was nonexistent, forcing many to seek meals elsewhere. A pleasant stay was severely impacted by these issues.

Had an awesome trip with friends! We enjoyed outlet shopping and some fun cross-country skiing nearby. The food was great, and the staff was really friendly. Just a heads up, the rooms need some updates, but it's a solid choice for a budget stay.
Our room wasn't vacuumed properly. there were crumbs and some hair on the floor when we arrived.

The location was convenient, and the double queen room was clean and spacious. However, the shuttle service was not consistent, causing inconvenience during my stay. It would help if staff had better communication about amenities like breakfast as well.

This place suits me perfectly with free parking, 24-hour reception, and a cozy snack bar. The staff even helped me with an insect bite during my first stay. I highly recommend it for a romantic escape!

Kickin' it in Grand Rapids, we hit up Arby's for that beefy goodness and then tried Smokey Bones for some excellent ribs that made my taste buds dance! Plus, the location was prime for snacking on some Noodles & Company too. Can't forget the comfy Double Queen Room we crashed in.
And the breakfast? Total letdown with no hot options and outta coffee! Plus, the bathroom tile felt like a hazard—almost nicked my toe!

The hotel was clean and well maintained, but
the amenities felt a bit lacking. The staff were friendly, but the breakfast options were limited and could be improved. The room was spacious, which I appreciated, yet the bathroom showed signs of age.

Clean rooms with an outdoor pool. The carpet in hallways was dirty and the bathroom needed upkeep. Table tennis available for some fun activities.

Great staff and comfy rooms!
I stayed for a night and was super impressed with the staff. They were really nice and helpful, especially at midnight when I got in after a flight. The room was spacious and tidy, and the snack bar was a nice touch for quick bites. Just a heads up, the breakfast could run out quickly if you don’t make it there early.

The Double Queen Room was pretty spacious with a nice sliding glass shower door, which felt upscale. I loved the corner granite sink and the three-sided mirror in the bathroom. Super comfy beds with crisp sheets. A working fridge was useful. However, I did notice some areas looking a little worn. The hallways could use a refresh, and the elevator was sticky, which wasn’t great.
